Michael L. Boykin – President

Michael has over twenty five years experience in the prestress concrete industry. A “hands-on” leader, he is knowledgeable of all facets of production ranging from pouring and curing concrete and quality control to shipping and project management.  An active member of both the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) he has served on numerous committees and fast-teams. From 1992 through 1994, Michael served as Secretary/Treasurer of the Gulf South Prestress Concrete Association and has served as president of that organization from 1994 through 1996.

 

Connie Mack Boykin – Vice President

With a B.S. degree in Construction Technology from Northeast Louisiana State University to his credit, Connie Mack Boykin has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. He has been responsible for the scheduling, planning and controlling of multiple large scale projects and has an active role in the day-to-day operation of Louisiana Concrete.

 

Thomas W. Boykin – Chief Financial Officer

Tom earned both his B.S. and M.B.A. at Louisiana State University. He has over thirty years experience in large project management and execution and has previously held the position of Facilities Administrator of a 150 location, $4.0 billion holding company.  Tom is currently the President the Gulf South Prestress Concrete Association and has served as Secretary/Treasurer for 2002-2003.
